The reported module sets a record for PV modules based on crystalline silicon solar cell with front and back contact structure, which is also a world record of module efficiency for a silicon module.</p>

This is the first time that a crystalline silicon solar cell with front and back contact structure has achieved front-side efficiency above 27%.</p>
